WatchGuard

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is WatchGuard?

WatchGuard is a family of six contractor-grade coating and foam product lines: Roof, Floor, Concrete, Foam, Primer and Spray Foam. It is a house brand of Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, a Wisconsin coatings manufacturer, so the products are formulated and supported by the same people who spray them.

Are the lines designed to work together?

Yes. The family is engineered as a system: WatchGuard Primer is the universal tie-coat under the Roof and Floor lines, the Concrete menders prep slabs for Floor kits, and the Foam systems pair with Roof coatings on spray-foam roof decks. Cross-line compatibility is tested, not assumed.

Do you have a dealer or distributor program?

We do, and it is growing line by line. Qualified dealers get stocking discounts, territory consideration, co-branded marketing materials and direct access to technical support. Use the contact form and mention dealer interest; we respond with program terms within one business day.

Can I get technical data sheets before ordering?

Always. Every WatchGuard product has a current TDS and SDS, plus application guides for common substrates. Request them through the contact page and we send the full documentation set the same day.

Do you support the products after the sale?

Application support is the reason the brand exists. Substrate questions, mil thickness, equipment settings, weather windows: you get answers from people who run spray rigs, not a call center.

Where are WatchGuard products made?

All WatchGuard chemistry is manufactured in the United States at the Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems plant in Wisconsin, and ships nationwide.
